Returns, Refund and Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at:
Please include your name, order number, date placed, and reason for cancelation. We will do our best to work with our fulfillment center to cancel your order.
If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel your order and you will have to place a return once you receive your product.
If you would like to return an order or item, please send us an email at Info@Gracealyn.com.
We will email you the address to have the return sent to.
Gracealyn will not be responsible for shipping fees for returns.
COD orders will not be accepted.
Please provide your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return and reason why. We will work to have your item returned and provide you a refund as soon as possible.
If an item has already been worn or changed in any way, we will not be able to issue a return and refund to the item.
Please review the sizing chart urged to review in its descriptions and checkout.
Masks, socks, and hair products are non-returnable, as this could be a health concern.
Items that are specified as "non returnable" are also not eligible for a return.
If a product has been worn/ tags have been removed, you may not return the product.
You will have 30 days to contact us for a return.
Items that are currently discontinued or state "no returns, are not eligible for returns
If a product is received for return and it has obvious wear, tags removed, stains of any type, odor of any type (body odor, perfume, smoke, etc.), it will not be accepted- and a refund will not be granted
Gracealyn.com is not responsible for your package after we have handed it over to USPS.
The customer is responsible for submitting the correct address for an order.
Gracealyn.com is not responsible for correcting your delivery address. We will mail the package to the address provided. If this is not your home address, but is the address you submitted with your order, we will not refund you for the items, as we mailed them where you requested when submitting your order.
Gracealyn is not responsible for retrieving the package from the address that you submitted, if it is not what you meant. Our best advice would be to contact the wrong address you submitted with your order and kindly ask to stay in touch if they receive your package.
Gracealyn will not be responsible for shipping fees for exchanges.
Gracealyn is not responsible for packages after we have handed it over to USPS. We are not responsible for lost, undeliverable, or returned packages.
If an address is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, we are not able to change it and are no longer responsible.
We use USPS to ensure packages are delivered and provide detailed tracking. If a package is stated to be delivered by usps, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for a lost or undelivered package.

Social Media Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly via email, direct message, or on site messaging system. We do not know there is a problem with an order if you do not tell us. Commenting on a post does not help us resolve the situation.
- If there is a problem with your order you need to contact Info@Gracealyn.com within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- If you have not received your order you need to contact Info@Gracealyn.com within 60 days of the order being placed. If the items has been shipped with tracking and you have not contacted Gracealyn within 60 days you will need to contact the postal service directly.
- If your order is eligible for a return you must return the item to Gracealyn within 14 days and provide tracking for shipping.
